Fiji Craft Flight Notes

Australian food culture is heavily influenced by outdoor cooking, grilling, barbecue, and fresh produce, making steak and grilled flavors a natural fit.

This Fiji Craft bowl leans into that backyard-barbecue spirit with garlic butter steak, smoky potatoes and corn, caramelized onions, and pineapple for a sweet finish.

For our flight to Australia, we kept it hearty, casual, and BBQ-forward—the kind of meal that belongs somewhere near a grill.
