Ground lamb
Onion
Garlic
Lemon juice
Oregano
Paprika
Salt
Black pepper
For the Bowl
Jasmine rice
Diced cucumber
Diced tomato
Fresh parsley
Crumbled feta cheese
Optional Toppings
Tzatziki sauce
Kalamata olives
Extra lemon wedges
Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice according to package directions and keep warm.
Sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
Add the lamb and cook until browned.
Season with oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Prepare the fresh toppings while the lamb finishes cooking.
Fill a bowl with rice and top with the seasoned lamb.
