Fiji Craft Flight Notes
Egyptian food often layers warm spices, grains, fresh vegetables, sesame, and lemon into dishes that are simple but deeply flavorful.
Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds and is used throughout Egyptian and Middle Eastern cooking in sauces, dips, and dressings.
For this Fiji Craft flight to Egypt, we paired seasoned ground lamb with basmati rice, fresh cucumber and tomato, parsley, tahini, and lemon for a bowl that is rich, fresh, and easy to love.
