Chinese Iced Oolong Tea

Refreshing tea with a delicate roasted aroma.

• Loose-leaf oolong tea

• Filtered water

• Sugar or simple syrup, optional

• Ice

Instructions

1. Heat water to the temperature recommended for your particular oolong.

2. Steep according to package instructions, using extra leaves for concentrate.

3. Strain promptly to prevent bitterness.

4. Sweeten if desired, cool quickly, and refrigerate.

5. Serve over ice, diluting the concentrate with cold water to taste.
